Rob is the the Lead Pastor at THE PLANT. Over the past 13 years he has been in vocational ministry. This has included both church and para-church ministries. His theological training is from Nyack College and the Nyack/ Alliance Theological Seminary where he earned his Master of Arts in New Testament.

Rob has been married for 12 years to Sue who has been his partner in ministry since the day they met. They have four children and enjoy the journey of parenting together.

Omar Niebles- Pastor of Community Life Email: omarn@theplantchurch.org

Omar is the Pastor of Community Life at THE PLANT. Over the past 6 years he has worked for Touch the World Ministries located in Allendale, NJ. During his time there, he has served as Co-director of ACCESS and is currently the Director of Short-Term Missions. He has a bachelor's degree from Nyack College in Pastoral Ministry.

Omar is married to his beautiful wife, Kerri Jackson. They reside in Allendale, NJ.

Sarah Turner and Nicole Waters are the Kids' Ministry Directors at The Plant. Sarah has been overseeing the ROOTS program since the start of our church and Nicole has been a helper within ROOTS for the past year and a half. Sarah and Nicole are teaming up to lead our kids' programs.

Sarah is married to Thomas Turner. Nicole is married to Matt Waters and they have one child.
