Fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, seeds and whole-grain foods
The fast includes abstaining from:
Animal products, dairy products, processed foods, fried foods, preservatives, artificial ingredients, sweeteners, alcohol, caffeine, etc.
If you are not able to fast:
We encourage you to choose an alternative method of fasting
SPECIAL NOTE:
