Rob is the Lead Pastor at The Plant. Over the past 25 years he has been in vocational ministry. This has included both church and para-church ministries. His theological training is from Nyack College, Nyack Alliance Theological Seminary where he earned his Master of Arts in New Testament and George Fox University where he earned his doctorate in Semiotics and Future Studies.
Rob has been married for 24 years to Sue, who has been his partner in ministry since the day they met. They have four children and enjoy the journey of parenting together.
Jeremy is the Campus Pastor of Mahwah. After having worked a few years in a corporate field, Jeremy served as a global director at a missions organization. In March of 2012 Jeremy came on pastoral staff at The Plant. He has an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management, M.A. in Intercultural studies from Nyack Alliance Theological Seminary, and a B.A. from New York University.
Jeremy loves Jesus, traveling and exploring new places with his family, hosting friends and neighbors for parties, and learning about other cultures, history, and science. He has been married to his beautiful wife Jyoti since 2007 and they have a wonderful son and daughter.
Andrew has been serving in the C&MA for over 10 years as a worship leader, Worship Pastor, and Associate Pastor before coming to the Plant. He graduated from Nyack College in 2010 and has been ordained since 2016. Andrew is passionate about seeing the Church know Jesus deeply so we can communicate life in His Kingdom in a compelling way to the culture around us.
He’s a worshipper, songwriter, food and drink lover, soccer fan and a bit of a coffee snob at times. He and his wife Jillian have been married since 2012 and have recently become parents to their daughter Harper.
Megan is the Administrative Coordinator at The Plant (yes, the one who sends you all the emails!). Originally from Alabama she found her way to New Jersey via a move to Nyack, NY to attend Alliance Theological Seminary after a period of doing ministry in the Dominican Republic. Megan has her BS in Human Development Family Studies from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide) and is a Certified Child Life Specialist. She loves spending quality time with people, baking, and watching the Crimson Tide on the football field.
