Andrew has been serving in the C&MA for over 10 years as a worship leader and pastor before joining the Plant in 2019. He graduated from Nyack College in 2010 and has been ordained since 2016. Andrew is passionate about seeing the Church know Jesus deeply so we can communicate life in His Kingdom in a compelling way to the culture around us.   

He’s a worshipper, songwriter, food and drink lover, soccer fan and a bit of a coffee snob at times. He and his wife Jillian have been married since 2012 and have two beautiful daughters, Harper and Phoebe.

Paul serves as our Youth & Young Adults Pastor overseeing junior and senior high school students as well as college and young adults ministry. He graduated from Nyack College in 2016 and has served as a youth and education pastor for 7 years before joining the Plant Church. Paul is passionate about strategically helping disciple young people through meaningful and fun ways, while partnering closely with families in the process.  

He is an avid soccer player and is the biggest Baltimore Ravens fan! Paul has been married to his wife Lois since 2017 and they have two beautiful children.

Megan is the Children’s Ministry Director here at The Plant. Originally from Alabama she found her way to New Jersey via a move to Nyack, NY to attend Alliance Theological Seminary after a period of doing ministry in the Dominican Republic.  Megan has her BS in Human Development Family Studies from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide) and is a Certified Child Life Specialist.  She loves spending quality time with people, baking, and watching the Crimson Tide on the football field.

Karly serves as the Ministry Assistant to Pastor Rob, and fills the role of Administrative Coordinator. An active member of the Plant Church nearly since its inception, she enjoys singing on the worship team and truly means it when she says "Plant Family!" each week. 

Outside of church, she can be found on the Peloton leaderboard, cheering on local sporting events, or relaxing on Long Beach Island. She has been married to her husband Aaron since 2007 and they have two beautiful daughters, Madelyn and Molly.

Sue is the Director of Discipleship and Spiritual Formation. She has been part of The Plant from day one and has shared the vision of the church alongside her husband, Rob.  Over the past 26 years, Sue worked as a nurse but recently retired to take the call into full time ministry. This has been her desire from the beginning of The Plant. Sue has a deep passion for our community and giving direction to see people come to Christ, grow in their faith and be on mission together. 

Sue has been married to Rob for 26 years. Together they have four grown children and two grandkids.

Steve serves as the Worship Coordinator at The Plant Mahwah campus. He graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in music therapy and is currently working on his master’s in counseling at Alliance University. Steve is passionate about creating an authentic worship culture and being a support for people’s emotional and spiritual health. 

Steve is married to Soli Nieves and they currently reside in Teaneck, NJ. Steve is an NBA fan, loves good food and all things music.
